A SaaS client of ours in Indianapolis is seeking a Revenue & CRM Operations Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Duration: Permanent / Direct-Hire
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, near Fort Ben. 5 days to start for 90 days, then 3 days onsite from there
Salary: $85-115k with potential flexibility DOE + bonuses

Must Haves:
- 3+ years in sales or revenue operations, ideally in a fast-paced high growth SaaS business with a focus on Government markets.
- Experience implementing and working within Salesforce suite of tools as well as Salesloft, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier.
- Strong reporting, query, and analytical skills with a focus on report / dashboard design or excel modeling.
Responsibilities/Day to Day
- Managing Clients CRM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, ActiveCampaign…)
- Analyzing sales and marketing data
- Developing reporting dashboards leveraged across the department and for key stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunity for process improvement bringing greater efficiency to the department,
- Travel may be needed as required dictated by business needs.
- The position is onsite in our Indianapolis, IN location, with future telecommuting opportunities available.
Revenue Operations Manager:
- Brand new function. Will need to be ok with ambiguity and willing to roll up sleeves. Ideally seeking someone that is a problem solver from a scaleup/smaller company so their experience is less siloed.
- Will be building a lot of dashboards and pipeline forecast/trend reports. Will need to lead efforts to integrate disparate tooling.
- Highly important to understand our customer journey and build a seamless workflow within tools so we have accurate data and reporting internally.
- Technical chops are a nice to have but this person will not need to code.
- This is a tactical role, but is critical to our sales operations. Someone who is analytical is a strong indicator of future success in role.
- NOT customer facing. On a team of one, but supporting the sales org as a whole.
